Our group of clinics are medical clinics licensed under Singapore laws. This means that when you voluntarily provide your personal data to us, you are deemed to consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data for purposes related to your patient care.

We may request to verify original documents (such as your NRIC) to process your request, and if circumstances require us to establish your identity to a high degree of fidelity, we may request that you be present in person. We may charge you an administrative fee where applicable but if we do so we will inform you beforehand. Please note that we are not required to provide, correct or otherwise alter any opinion data including professional or expert opinion. We may also be required and/or entitled to retain your personal data under applicable laws or regulations notwithstanding the withdrawal of your consent. If the withdrawal of your consent affects our ability to provide Services to you, we will inform you.

Once we receive your complaint, we will provide you with a written notification of acknowledgement, together with an estimate of our response time (which will depend on the nature of the investigation and the availability of information provided to us to adequately carry out such investigation). We will use reasonable endeavours to respond as promptly as possible. If we cannot respond within the estimated time initially informed to you, we will contact you to advise you on the additional time needed.

Upon conclusion of our investigation, you will be notified in writing on the outcome. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your appeal, you may take the matter to the Personal Data Protection Commission.

If you are located in a territory or jurisdiction other than Singapore you confirm and agree that you understand, and are responsible to comply with, the laws and regulations applicable in your territory or jurisdiction and that at all times you access and use the Services at your own initiative and risk.

Notwithstanding anything in these Terms, while we endeavor to ensure that the Services are available and functional, the Services are provided on an ‘as-is’ basis and we do not guarantee or represent that your access or use will be continuously available, error-free, uninterrupted, timely, secure, free of bug or virus or other harmful components, or that the Services are compatible with all mobile platforms and/or software versions. 

We rely on third parties to provide information to us and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such information is fully accurate or correct. We exclude all express or implied conditions, warranties, representations and other terms which may apply to the Services. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

We and our respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively “Associated Parties”) will not under any circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

Our and our Associated Parties’ aggregate liability pursuant to the Services is limited to SGD 100.00.

You agree to bring any claim within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, failing which such claim or cause of action is barred. 

The limitations of liability in this section relate to the whole of all losses and/or damages whether based on a claim or action in contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, indemnity, statutory duty or other legal or equitable grounds and whether such losses and/or damages are sustained, directly or indirectly, by you and/or any other person.

You are responsible for obtaining, maintaining and using the necessary device (including phone, tablet or other software, hardware and equipment) to access the Services, at your own risk and expense. We do not take responsibility for how you manage or use your device (for example if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to avail the Services).

Certain Services will require an active internet connection which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. We cannot take responsibility for the Website not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or if you do not have sufficient data allowance. If you are using the Website outside of an area with Wi-Fi, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will apply and you accept full responsibility for all data and/or other third party charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Website outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country). We reserve the right to investigate complaints regarding the use of the Services or reported violations of these Terms and to take any action we may deem appropriate without further notification to you, including without limitation reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement agencies and disclosing information necessary to such agencies. 

In using the Services, you agree to (a) comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations; (b) provide us with all information that is relevant to or may assist us in, delivering the Services to you and developing and/or tailoring the Services for you; (c) update us promptly when necessary to ensure the information we hold about you remains accurate, complete and current; and (d) provide us with such assistance as may be reasonably necessary in order to provide the Services to you.

We endeavour to use reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorised access to your account. We cannot, however, guarantee absolute security of your account and we cannot promise that our security measures will prevent third party hackers from illegally accessing your account. 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and other account details. You must not share your account details with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether those activities are authorised or undertaken by you. We are not responsible for unauthorised access to or use of your account. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure and change your password immediately if you believe it has become compromised.  You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.

You agree that we have the right at our sole discretion and without prior notice to you, to access your account for purposes we consider necessary, including without limitation to identify or resolve technical problems or verify suspected irregularities. We also reserve the right to vary your account rights or impose account restrictions, or to block user access to any Services at any time without ascribing any reason.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for all claims, demands, losses, proceedings, expenses, costs and liabilities including reasonable legal fees arising out of or in connection with your breach of any of these Terms, your breach of any third party rights, any unauthorised or illegal activity undertaken by you in connection with the Services or the use of your account by any other person (whether authorised by you or otherwise).

In addition to signing in with your account details, you may be required to provide additional details to register for or access certain Services or otherwise carry out certain transactions on the Website. The Website enables you to make, change and check your outpatient appointments at our clinics for your convenience. However we do not guarantee appointments made through the Website and there is a possibility that your appointment is not registered at the relevant clinic or may otherwise be unavailable at your preferred time or date. You are advised to confirm your appointment directly with the clinic. If you require medical assistance promptly, you should visit a healthcare provider for your medical needs and you should not rely on the appointment function on the Website.

In connection with the Services (including when you visit our clinics) we may distribute to you, free of charge, advertising or other marketing material about us, our Services, events, programmes and initiatives. By using our Services you agree to receive such material.

Unless otherwise stated in these Terms or at the point of purchase, all purchases of products and/or services on the Website are final, irreversible, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. You are solely responsible for checking and ensuring that the details of your appointment, order or any other service requested are accurate and correct before making the appointment or request or placing the order.

Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service in whole or part at our discretion. If we do so without any wrongdoing or breach of these Terms on your part, we will refund the fees paid by you (for the part of the order or service so refused or cancelled). We reserve the right to impose an administrative fee if we refuse or cancel any order or service due to your wrongdoing or breach of these Terms.

We are committed to ensuring that the Website is as useful and efficient as possible.
